We just got back form the most lovely honeymoon & wanted to e-mail our thanks to you & Sean for going to so much effort to get our amazing cars to us for our special day. I still can't believe you came all the way to the wilds of Donegal, we do really appreciate all the effort you went to as we know it was a bit of a nightmare drive for you. The beetles were even cooler than I thought they would be & so immaculate & pretty, not to mention a hit with our guests, they really did help us create the right vibe on or wedding day.
We also wanted to say thank you so much to you & Sean for being so patient & lovely to deal with. We loved every minute of being in your cars. I have attached not a very good photo below but as soon as I get the professional ones I will e-mail them to you (I have ok'd this with the photographer).
Thanks again & we wish you all the success in the future & with your big day of course.

General Lee Wedding in Dublin, Ireland October 2007

Just wanted to say thanks a million for coming down to Dublin in "The General" for my wedding . It was really the surprise of a life time I will never forget. Still can't believe Laura travelled in the car with me but ...which was nice ; ) Any time your showing " The General " or The Delorian in Dublin let me know. Cathryn & Daren Wilson, Hazzard County Wedding Donegal.
Hi Mike,
We want to say a big thank you for the wedding cars - they just made our day!
The drivers were great, Rosco played the part so well, the girls were lining up to get handcuffed! Both drivers were so patient as they waited around for photos and had the craic with the guests.
We debated about hiring the General Lee and sheriff car as it's a long way to Donegal, but I knew we'd regret it if we didn't. I would say to anyone thinking of getting the General Lee, get the sheriff car too.
We heard them before we seen them and there was so much excitement in the house as they arrived. A ride into the church with Rosco kept the bridesmaids happy and the boys had a blast as they got driven from the church to the reception, through Donegal town.
They were a real talking point at the wedding and neighbours were chatting about them for the next week.
I've attached a few photos, we'll be putting in our album.

After finally coming down from our wedding and honeymoon high we wanted to say a huge thank you for helping us make our wedding day so memorable. What can we say - hiring the General Lee as our wedding car was definitely one of the best decisions we made and we both knew it was always going to be something special - but we we feel truly privelleged to have been the first couple to have both the General Lee and Rosco's Sheriff car! Starsky & Hutch Wedding: 23rd July 2005, Scotland, UK
Dear Star Car Hire
We were looking at the site and saw that you now have a wedding gallery, so we thought we would send you some of the fabulous pictures we had taken with the Starsky and Hutch Gran Torino at our wedding on 23/7/05. The driver of our car, Calum, was fantastic and we couldn't have had a better car for the day. In fact Russell thinks that approaching the venue with siren on was one of the highlights of the day! The car was such a big part of the day and became such a talking point that we are currently trying to get the photo of us with car blown up onto canvas to display in our home. We found the service that was provided by the company and the car owner so good that we have made a few recommendations to others who have been looking for this kind of alternative wedding transport. Quick note to say thank you to yourself and especially to Dan for organising the General Lee for us this weekend. Dan was great and accommodated all our repeated requests to rides, and hung on longer than expected to get the last of the photos in. The Grooms reaction was priceless, having just the night before been pouring over an article about a replica General in classic car magazine and going on at length about how cool it was !!!Upon seeing the car the next day he jumped up and down shouting Check that out !! , then realised the car was pulling to a stop, Dan blew the horns, and the final reaction was --- oh no, your joking arent you ???

I just wanted to say a huge thank you for sorting us out the with the Trans am for our wedding. Stewart was MORE than pleased with it and said it was a fantastic surprise. He was the talk of the place at home with everyone coming to have a nosy and enjoyed arriving at the church in style! Thanks also for hanging around for a few pictures after the ceremony. I think the guests were more interested in the car than they were in the bridal party. Everyone just HAD to have their picture taken with it. It was gorgeous! Hope there weren't too many drool marks left on it. I will definitely be recommending you. Although I did have one problem - which car to pick? You were so nice to deal with and the car really did make our day even more special.
